This webinar, originally titled Overview of Federal Domestic Violence, Stalking, and Domestic Violence-Related Firearm Crimes, provides an overview of federal statues that are available to prosecute domestic violence and stalking offenders, and and discusses how system actors can work cooperatively with federal prosecutors to pursue charges.

It is important that law enforcement, attorneys and advocates work together with federal prosecutors to identify these crimes for potential federal prosecution.
